Why must I join your server?
Valve only counts a commend when sender and receiver share a game session. That is their rule, not our preference — if you are not connected, commends are silently discarded.
How long does it take?
Most orders start within a minute of connecting. Commends arrive in batches, so larger orders take longer. Progress is live in your dashboard.
What if I disconnect?
Delivery pauses and anything unsent is refunded to your balance automatically. Start a new order whenever you are back.
