Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of CS2 Services and the commend delivery service it provides. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

What the service is
We send Counter-Strike 2 commendations — Friendly, Teacher and Leader — to a Steam profile you nominate. The commends come from a pool of real Steam accounts that we own and operate. You tell us which profile to send them to, you join our game server, and the accounts commend you from there.
That is the whole product. We do not play on your behalf, add hours to your account, change your rank, or touch your inventory. Nothing is installed on your computer and nothing is injected into the game.
What we never ask for
There is no login step on our side, no Steam authorisation prompt, and no API key. If you are ever asked for Steam credentials by someone claiming to be us, it is not us.
Who may use it
- You must be at least 18, or old enough to enter a contract where you live and have your guardian's permission.
- You must own the Steam account you are sending commends to, or have the permission of whoever does.
- You must not be barred from using the service under section 9.
The free commends
We give 10 commends free, once, to people who join our Discord server and verify there. No account or payment is needed for this.
Once means once. The offer is tied to your Discord account and to the Steam profile it was sent to. Making a second website account, clearing cookies, or using a different browser will not produce a second free trial, and attempting to farm it is grounds for us to refuse service.
We may change the number of free commends, or stop offering them, at any time. Doing so does not affect a claim you have already made.
Buying a balance
There is no automated checkout. To buy commends you open a ticket in our Discord, we agree a price and a payment method with you, and once payment is received we credit your balance — either by issuing you an activation code or by adding the commends to an account you already have.
- Your balance does not expire. Commends you have paid for stay in your account until you spend them.
- Activation codes are single-use unless we say otherwise, and may be tied to the email address or Discord account they were issued to.
- Prices shown on the site are per package and may differ by currency. The price you are quoted in your ticket is the price that applies.
Delivery and refunds
Valve only counts a commend when the sender and the receiver are in the same game session. You therefore have to be connected to our server while your order runs. The connect command is shown to you when you place the order. If you do not connect within the time we state, the order is closed and anything undelivered is returned to your balance automatically.
Commends arrive in batches rather than all at once, so a larger order takes longer than a small one. Progress is visible in your dashboard while it runs.
Because a refund of undelivered commends is automatic and immediate, we do not otherwise refund a balance that has been credited. If something has gone wrong, open a ticket and we will look at it — we would rather fix a problem than argue about it.
Risk, and what we do not promise
Commendations are a reputation signal in Counter-Strike 2. They are not a game modification, and using this service involves no software on your machine and no access to your account. During delivery, your own account does nothing at all — it sits on a server.
We will not tell you that Valve can never change its mind about how commends work or how they are counted, because nobody can honestly promise that. What we can tell you is exactly what happens: accounts we own join a server you are also on, and commend your profile.
We do not guarantee a delivery speed, a particular success rate, or that the service will be available at any given moment. Valve updates, Steam outages and our own maintenance can all interrupt it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Send commends to an account you do not own and do not have permission to target.
- Resell, redistribute or automate access to the service without our written agreement.
- Attempt to obtain more than one free trial, or to obtain a balance you have not paid for.
- Probe, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the site or its API.
- Use the service to harass anyone, or in a way that breaks the law where you are.
- Share an activation code that was issued to you specifically.
Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may do so without notice where the breach is serious or ongoing. If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, any balance you have paid for will be honoured — we will either refund it or deliver it.
You can ask us to close your account at any time. See the privacy policy for what happens to your data when you do.
Valve and trademarks
CS2 Services is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or in any way officially connected to Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike, Steam and related marks are trademarks of Valve Corporation. We use them only to describe what the service works with.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for interruptions caused by Valve or Steam, or for anything arising from your own breach of these terms.
Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is when they last changed, and the version on this page is always the one in force. If a change materially affects what you have already paid for, we will say so in our Discord rather than expecting you to notice.
